Members Site Troubleshooting
Hi there! We're very sorry you are having issues logging in to the member's site. There are two main problems that are discussed on this page.
Error #1
The first is an incorrect password error message when you try to login and see this error:
If you receive this error, double check to make sure you're entering the correct password first. If it still doesn't work, reset your password. And if it still doesn't work after that, e-mail support@realprosperityinc.com to have us reset your password on our end.
Error #2
The second error you might see looks similar to the first. You type in your username and password and nothing happens. You get sent right back to the login page. The critical part of this error is that you do not see the incorrect password message. If you do see that message, please see error #1.
To fix this error, you must clear cookies and site data for members.realprosperityinc.com. To do this, follow these instructions.
Firefox
Right next to the URL box in the browser, there is a lock icon. When you click it, click "clear cookies and site data" and then select the site members.realprosperityinc.com and click "remove"
Chrome
Right next to the URL box in the browser, there is a lock icon. When you click it, click "site settings" and then click "clear data" under the "usage" heading.
Safari
Opening the Preferences dialog box in the Safari tab in the top-left, then selecting the Privacy icon and clicking the 'Manage Website Data...' button. Select "members.realprosperityinc.com" and click "remove." Note if you click "remove all" you will lose all your settings for all websites.
Logging in Once You've Removed The Cookies
Once you removed the data for the site, it will send you back to the login page. Enter your username and password and it will give you an error that looks like this:
Ignore the link to enable cookies - all you have to do is enter your username and password again and you will be logged in!
